​What We Do as a Colorado Notary

 

We provide the following in-person notarial acts:

• Acknowledgments (confirming identity and voluntary signature)

• Jurats (sworn statements and affidavits)

• Administering oaths and affirmations

• Witnessing signatures

• Certifying copies of certain documents (when allowed by Colorado law)

We do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.

In-Person Requirement

 

All notarizations must be completed in person.

This means:

• The signer must physically appear before the notary at the time of signing

• The signer must present valid identification

• The document must be signed in the presence of the notary

• The notary must complete the notarization at the time of the appointment

Identification Requirements

 

You must provide valid, government-issued photo identification, such as:

• Driver’s license

• State ID card

• U.S. passport

• Other acceptable ID under Colorado law

My Notary Fees

 

Cuva Creations LLC charges $10 per notarization.

Additional travel or convenience fees may apply if mobile service is requested.

What to Bring

 

Please bring:

• The complete document needing notarization

• (no blank signature pages)

• Valid photo ID

• Any witnesses required by your document (if applicable)
